Best's Cabernet Sauvignon demonstrates Best's commitment to Cabernet. Shiraz may be the regional hero, but Cabernet Sauvignon can lay almost equal claim.

It is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon blended with small amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The grapes are picked late in the vintage to foster fruit flavour and texture.

More time on the vine produces a supple wine with intense varietal characters. Best's strives to express everything possible from the vineyard, vintage and region.

Opaque dark red, Best's Cabernet Sauvignon has dense fruit flavours, velvety tannins and a layered, long finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
